Czech Club show of Weimaraners

There were 89 weimaraners participating on this show and Archie won a title of CAC in Champion class and later on a title of Weimaraners Club Winner 2009 of Czech Republic.

We spent the end of summer time in a beautiful part in the middle of Slovakia. Miška and her daddyprepared for us a busy program in amazing nature.

The last week of July we were rafting on river Danube. Archie – water man was swimming almost all the days and takes care about security service in our tents camp.

Training days organized by Breeders club of Weimaraners

Last few days we participated on training days organized by our Breeders club for weimaraners with participation of few dogs of similar breeds. Dogs had a lot of possibilities to train a field work and water work with small game. pictures from training days
National Dog Show Senec
International Dog Show Nitra
5. - 6.6.2009
Friday & Saturday we spent on dog shows. First day Archie got his 3rd CAC in champion class so he became SLOVAK GRAND CHAMPION. On the 2nd day in Nitra Archie received CAC, CACIB and Grand prix winner titles. pictures can be seen here
Coloured exams - I. prize
31..5.2009
On 31st of May we succesfully passed though Coloured exams organized by Slovak kynologycal union. We did it in a first prize which authorize us also for deer huntings.

Int. dog show - Budapest, HU
16.-17..5.2009
E1 / E1, CAC, CACIB, BOB…“show weekend” in Budapest again. Sun was shinning, dogs there were as usual running and standing and vice versa and owners were drinking in buffet something cold….
On Sunday Archie won title Best of breed so we had a “quite” nice end of the weekend :o)

Int. dog show - Bratislava Springduodanube
9.-10..5.2009
2x BOB, 1x BIG 1 “Amazing two days”
All the weekend we spent on dog show in Bratislava .
Archie first time run in champion ring. On both days he got BOB and on Sunday afternoon competition Archie win 1 st prize in VII. group (BIG 1).
Not only sunshine accompanied us the all the weekend but good luck too.
Dog show: Pápa - Hungary

There was a dog show in Hungarian Pápa in lovely park in the manor. Sun was shining all the day, show was realy very nice and good organized. Archie participated in working class where he got the titles CAC and BOB.

On 28th of March Archie participated in Nitra on dog show where got CAC and so became SLOVAK CHAMPION of BEAUTY.

CRUFTS 2009

When we won among 10 weimaraners in 2008 in Prague title CAJC and Crufts nomination, we had no real idea what is it ...
After some period we found more informations about Crufts and decided to visit the exhibition held under the highest level.
7th of March was Crufts day for gundogs, Archie participated in Special Working Gundog class where won a second prize. In this year 210 weimaraners participated on Crufts exhibition and overall participationwas about 27000. Generaly Crufts takes 4 days.

Dog show: Trencin and Brno
24.1. and 7.-8.2.2009
We participated on the first show in this year held in Trencin 24.1.2009 where Archie ends on the 4th place.
Our next show was in Brno in Czech Rep. on 7.-8.2.2009. A first day Archie Ends on the second place and next day he won the 1st prize CAC and then also CACIB.

New Year´s Eve

New Year and days around we spent in mountains with friends. Archie was enjoing games with his friends Fia & Ria and he tried riding on the mountain terrain car and not only running as usual. Whereas snow was everywhere we cross country skiing too. Archie enjoy it very well and he felt like an Siberian husky.

Last hunt of this year

There has been organized last this year hunt on this day. It was a nice wheather, freezing but not rainy, so it was very good for us and our dogs. Due to some circumstances this hunt was attended only by some dogs so it was very good for them to show what they are able as each of them had a lot of possibilities to find, show, searchand bring the animals. Must say that it was a perfect good bye with the season. The next one will come only after couple of month. Some fotos in our fotogalery.
Defence training

After a long time we participated on a defence training organized by the same training lector which teached us the basics. we have been surprised how motibvated Archie was. We have been there together with German sheepdogs, but Archie was at least so good as they were if not better. Few fotos here...
Christmas hunt

On a second Christmas day there was a hunt which is traditioanly held every year on 26.12. This day, there were a little bit more hunters (around 35) which finally resulted ia higher amount of kept rabbits and fasans. Few fotos you can see in the fotogalery.
Another hunt

Really nice huntig in a limited number of hunters, which gave us a fealing of a "family hunt". The number of kept animals was hand to hand to a number of huntes - not too much :o). The weather was really nice, was freazing, but sunny without any wind. We took only one foto from this day :o(
